Yes, Overseas Students Foundation(OSF) will not cover the cost of shipment of artwork. It is the responsibility of the Artist to arrange for delivery and pick-up of all artwork.

Artists will be responsible for the insurance of the works while on exhibition.

Yes, all wall-mounted work, paintings, printmaking, photography, digital prints, and any form of specialized art prints must be framed, wired or matted ready for installation.

Length and width shall not exceed 175 cm and 5 images maximum.

Depends on different locations and different artwork's size.

Some digital arts are gif files or might have animation, we will offer the present service. However, for the rest of digital arts, we are asking artworks to be printed, shipped and ready to hang.

AAA will only exhibit what you have submitted. And 5 artwork maximum

Yes. Prepaid shipping labels are reuqired. If you are shipping your artwork to one or multiple cities, your package must include prepaid shipping labels including shipping label(LA to NYC) and return label. Shipping and return labels must be prepaid and printed.

*Please use the same name as the registration. Recipient's name: Overseas Student Foundation.

Notice: if the name or recipient name is incorrect, labels do not include or any related to shipping label issue fails to be delivered to our address. Artists are required to take full responsibility.

We are welcoming artists to present our exhibitions if they are able to attend.
